Physical Therapy
Are you a soccer player who has suffered an injury that is keeping you off the field? Or maybe you’re a basketball player dealing with a nagging pain that is negatively impacting your performance on the court.
Either way, I’d love to help you.
Having spent three years working as a physical therapist in professional women’s sports, I’ve seen up close and personal what injuries and rehabilitation in athletic populations looks like.
ACL Boot Camp
It’s no secret that Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries are far too common among soccer and basketball players, specifically in females. Because of my extensive experience working with these injuries, I’ve seen first-hand how demanding the rehab process is and how important it is to have a trusted and experienced provider helping guide you through this injury recovery.
That’s why I’ve created the ACL Boot Camp to provide the most comprehensive rehab based on current research and athlete-specific progressions so athletes can feel confident physically and mentally when they return to the field or court.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is an effective, efficient, and safe form of treatment for many musculoskeletal issues, especially when combined with other types of physical therapy. However, there can be times when dry needling alone may be appropriate. For instance, maybe you have completed a round of physical therapy for a specific injury but are in need of maintenance treatment every so often. Dry needling can help provide further improvement in this situation as well as others.
For more information, please reach out so we can discuss what could be the best option for you (dry needling alone vs. physical therapy).
